We offer individual Mindfulness and Self-Compassion counseling sessions as well as mentoring and supervision for everyone as well as for professionals who wish to integrate the power of mindfulness and self-compassion in their personal life and workplace.
You are most welcome to contact us, to make an appointment for a session face to face or to meet on Skype. Sometimes for a variety of reasons, you may want to choose to see the teacher of the program on her own to complement your involvement in the group program or instead of joining a group. One on one offers more privacy and confidentiality to deal with certain sensitive issues and can better meet your needs especially if your situation is complex.
For those who live elsewhere in Australia or in another country and are unable to attend our program in person, we offer our services on Skype. Our psychologist and trainer Marie Bloomfield is also fluent in French.
Individual coaching or counseling can facilitate learning on how mindfulness and self-compassion techniques apply to your own particular circumstances. Marie Bloomfield is a Clinical Psychologist and a Medicare provider.
In the One-On-One session, you can explore ways to:
Across the world, a new generation of executives are integrating mindfulness training into their leadership roles to improve productivity and professional performance, but also to learn how to be more focused, connected and emotionally balanced to ease stress and promote strength, resilience and well-being in their work life and at home.
Marie Bloomfield is a qualified and registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a Medicare Provider since 1990.
