One-On-One Counselling in Mindfulness and Self-compassion

Would you prefer to explore mindfulness and self-compassion by yourself, in a private session?

We offer one-on-one Mindfulness and Self-Compassion counseling sessions as well as mentoring and supervision for professionals who wish to integrate the power of mindfulness and self-compassion in their personal life and workplace.

You are most welcome to contact us, to make an appointment for a session face to face or to meet on Skype. Sometimes for a variety of reasons, you may want to choose to see the teacher of the program on her own to complement your involvement in the group program or instead of joining a group. For those who live elsewhere in Australia or in another country and are unable to attend our program in person, we offer our services on Skype. Our psychologist and trainer Marie Bloomfield is also fluent in French.
